I confirm that I have checked that my personal insurance covers my participation in this activity in the destination country, including my civil liability and, depending on the outing’s risks, the necessary rescue, assistance and repatriation costs.

This declaration concerns only the person making the booking. Each companion must check their own cover; I pass this information on to them. Civil liability insurance does not cover every risk. TrekFriendly does not verify an insurance policy through this declaration, which does not limit the legal responsibilities of the guide or organiser.
